Our development policy is part of a world that is increasingly demanding in terms of quality, transparency and ethics. This is why our solutions are among the most effective on the market, our operating procedures are scrupulously based on legal frameworks and our employees are trained to respect fundamental human values.
Already a member of two professional associations (International Code of Conduct Association - ICoCA, and the Ivorian Group of Electronic Security Professionals - GIPSE), we are also the first private security company in Côte d'Ivoire to be ISO 9001 certified ( 2015), ISO 18788 (2015) and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1 (2012).
These values have guided us since the creation of Flash Intervention in 1999. Every day, they allow us to ensure the safety of our clients while strictly respecting laws and the human condition.
We are committed to promoting a conscientious, involved, and high-performing mindset, enabling each of our employees to excel in their profession and carry out their mission with rigor, dignity, and efficiency.
Undisputed experts in the field of private security, we have been putting our operational know-how, our technical innovations and our sense of duty at the service of businesses and individuals in Ivory Coast for more than twenty-five years.

Rare are those who have not yet crossed paths with our intervention vehicles. But do you really know the story behind our famous red triangle?
The year is 1999: three men joined forces to create Flash Assistance, a small private security company with modest means but big ideas.
Through rigor and tenacity, the company is gradually putting its mark on the world of private security in Ivory Coast: its know-how stands out, its sense of innovation is evident. sharpens, its numbers are growing... Its notoriety is established and consolidated over the years.
In 2003, Flash Assistance became Flash Intervention SARL.
In 2014, Flash Intervention SARL became Flash Intervention S.A., a limited company which is among the best private security companies on the market. From then on, in demand by large international groups and organizations, it equipped itself with ever more efficient infrastructures and tools, while continuing to be involved in charitable, social and sporting projects (Marco Né Football club, TBO, CPA- CI, etc.).
In 2016, she became one of the founding members of the Ivorian Group of Electronic Security Professionals (GIPSE) and joined the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) in 2018.
In 2024, Flash Intervention is 25 years old. And what better birthday present than an international recognition! It was in that same year that it became the first private security company in Côte d'Ivoire to be "triple certified" (ISO 9001:2015, IS0 18788:2015 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1-2012) by MSS Global and also certified by ICoCA for having complied with the highest standards in human rights, ethics and good practices.
More than an outcome, this triple certification is proof that we are constantly developing and meeting ever more demanding expectations in terms of quality of service, operational management and respect fundamental human rights.
